Banana pancakes with milk
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make banana pancakes with milk in a frying pan? Prepare your food. Take bananas that are ripe and soft if possible - they will soften better and flavor the pancakes. Milk of any fat content is suitable. Sift the flour first. The amount indicated is approximate, it may take more or less, you will look at the test. Read about the properties of flour in the article below the steps.
STEP 2
To simplify the process, prepare the dough in a stationary blender (if you don’t have a blender, then prepare the dough like regular pancake dough, and mash the banana with a fork). Break the peeled bananas into a bowl. Beat in the eggs. Add sugar and salt. You can adjust their quantity to your liking. If bananas are very sweet, feel free to reduce the sugar. Beat all products until smooth.
STEP 3
Pour in about 150 ml of milk and beat the mixture again. Add sifted flour. Punch the dough again until smooth. Then pour in the remaining milk.
STEP 4
Beat the dough until completely smooth. It will turn out liquid, like regular pancakes. Adjust the thickness of the dough with flour, add more if it is too liquid. Remove the bowl from the base and pour odorless vegetable oil into the dough. Stir with a spoon. Leave the dough to stand for 10-15 minutes - during this time the flour will completely dissolve in the milk, gluten will develop in it, and the pancakes will not tear when turning over.
STEP 5
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, preferably a pancake pan with a non-stick coating. Grease it with vegetable oil for frying. Pour the dough into the center, distribute it throughout the pan in a circular motion. Read the articles at the end of the recipe for how to choose a pan and oil.
STEP 6
Fry the pancake on one side until golden brown, then turn it over to the other. Banana pancakes tend to stick to the pan more than usual, so use a spatula to gently run around the edges before flipping. Fry the pancake until done. Fry pancakes using all the dough in this way. To make them turn over better, I would still advise greasing the pan before each pancake. I got 18 pancakes, frying pan Ø20cm.
STEP 7
Serve pancakes with sour cream or condensed milk. Bon appetit!
