STEP 1
How to make fluffy PP cheesecakes with rice flour and banana? Prepare your food. Take cottage cheese with a low fat content of 1-5% will be enough. Choose dry cottage cheese; you won’t be able to form it too soft. It may take a little more flour, it will depend on the moisture content of the cottage cheese. The ripest banana is suitable - it is tastier and more aromatic.
STEP 2
Take a deep bowl. Peel the banana and break it into it. Mash the banana with a fork until smooth. Beat in the egg and add a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
STEP 3
Add cottage cheese, mash everything together with a fork. If the cottage cheese is very grainy, you can punch it with a blender or rub it through a sieve.
STEP 4
Add flour, mix the dough. If it turns out liquid and soft, then add a little more. The dough should become thick enough to be sculpted.
STEP 5
Sprinkle breading flour onto a board. In addition to rice, you can use corn, then the cheesecakes will turn out to be bright in color. Take a portion of the dough with a spoon and form a cheesecake out of it. Roll it in flour. To make the cheesecake neat and even, you can punch it with an inverted glass. My cheesecakes still fell apart because they contain banana, which makes the dough soft.
STEP 6
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Lubricate it with a small amount of vegetable oil. Lay out the cheesecakes.
STEP 7
Fry them until golden brown on one side, then turn them over and fry them on the other. The dough with rice flour and banana is quite capricious, so the cheesecakes lost their shape a little, but this did not affect the taste.
