Pancakes with banana filling

STEP 1

To make pancakes, combine eggs with sugar. To do this, take a deep bowl so that it is convenient to beat with a mixer.
STEP 2

Then pour milk into the eggs. Add a pinch of salt and a little vegetable oil.
STEP 3

Sift the required amount of flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. Add flour to the bowl and knead the dough. Adjust the consistency of the dough to your taste. If you like very thin pancakes, you can add a little more milk. The finished dough should be homogeneous, without lumps of flour.
STEP 4

Pour a little batter into a hot pancake pan and spread it over the entire surface of the pan. Before the first pancake, you can grease the pan a little with oil. Bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
STEP 5

Place the finished pancakes on a plate and cover immediately with a lid to prevent them from drying out.
STEP 6

To prepare the banana filling, peel the bananas and cut them into slices 0.5 cm thick.
STEP 7

Melt butter in a hot frying pan and add sugar. Stir. Add the sliced bananas to the pan. Keep them in the caramel for 20-30 seconds on each side.
STEP 8

Place a little banana filling on each pancake and roll it into a roll or envelope.
STEP 9

Serve the finished, flavorful pancakes with tea or coffee. You can top them with chocolate or berry syrup. Bon appetit!
