STEP 1

STEP 2
Place cereal, milk, egg and salt in a bowl. Stir. Leave the mixture to stand for about 5 minutes, during which time the flakes will swell.
STEP 3
Peel the banana and divide it into two parts. Cut one into thin rings - it will go into the filling. Mash the other one with a fork - it will go into the dough and replace sugar.
STEP 4
Add banana puree to the dough, mix well.
STEP 5

STEP 6
Fry the pancake until golden brown on one side, then carefully flip it over. My pancake was unlucky - it broke. But later this did not stop me from preparing the dish.
STEP 7
When the pancake is fried on both sides, remove it to a plate. Place the banana slices on one side.
STEP 8
Using a fork, cover one side with the other, thus folding the pancake in half. Serve the pancake hot. When serving, you can top it with honey or syrup.
