The taste of the pancake was a little surprising; I didn’t taste any oatmeal at all. Maybe it's because I used finely ground oatmeal. If it weren’t for knowing what the pancake was made from, I would never have guessed that it contained oatmeal. What I liked most about this recipe is how healthy the dish is and how quick it is to prepare. After all, preparing such a pancake is as easy as shelling pears – mix everything and pour it into a frying pan, fry it, stuff it, and you’re done.

This is my first time cooking and the taste surprised me. You don’t notice any oatmeal at all and it’s perfect for breakfast. I think next time I’ll try other fruits instead of banana. Mine turned out to be plump and therefore fell apart a little, but I think the open edge gives it some zest)
