Banana pancakes without milk and sugar
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Peel the bananas, break them into several pieces and place in a deep bowl. Using a fork, mash the bananas into a puree (you can also use an immersion or regular blender or a puree masher). You will learn all the intricacies of making pancakes from the article on this topic. There is a link to it at the end of the recipe.
STEP 2
Add eggs and a pinch of salt to the bananas.
STEP 3
Mix everything well.
STEP 4
Add flour. You may need a little less or more flour, check the consistency. Read about the properties of flour in a separate article at the end of the recipe.
STEP 5
Stir until smooth.
STEP 6
Heat a frying pan over low heat (use a non-stick frying pan). Using a silicone brush, grease the frying pan with vegetable oil. How to choose a frying pan, read the article at the end of the recipe.
STEP 7
Scoop out our dough with a ladle and pour the mixture into the frying pan.
STEP 8
Distribute the dough in the pan to form a large pancake (it should not be thin).
STEP 9
Cook the pancake for one minute and then turn it over.
STEP 10
Cook for another minute on the other side and place the finished pancake on a plate. Repeat the same steps until the dough runs out.
STEP 11
Ready-made pancakes can be served with honey, jam, condensed milk or chocolate syrup, decorated with berries or fruits and enjoy a healthy, satisfying and most importantly delicious breakfast! :) Bon appetit!
