Since childhood, I remember my grandmother cooking with me in the kitchen, filling the house with the aromas of fresh baked goods and spices. These moments brought our family closer, and I realized that food is not only nourishment, but also love. Studying the cuisines of different countries, I was inspired by the diversity and traditions that make each dish unique. My goal is to show that anyone can cook, regardless of experience. I believe that simple recipes have the power to bring people together, creating unforgettable moments around the table.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Seattle Culinary Academy.
