Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 2 hr
STEP 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Chop the onion, chop the garlic. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Wash the bell pepper, dry it and cut it into cubes.
STEP 2
Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil, add onion, fry a little in the “fry” mode, add garlic and carrots.
STEP 3
Fry vegetables for 15 minutes.
STEP 4
Add bell peppers and tomatoes, fry for another 10 minutes.
STEP 5
Add water and potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste, stir well. Set the “soup” program for 1 hour 30 minutes.
STEP 6
Pasta is added half an hour before the end of the program.
STEP 7
This makes a wonderful lean soup.
