What delicious buns and not at all expensive. The recipe is perfect for Lent. They definitely need to be prepared; the absence of eggs and the presence of honey and mineral water probably makes them airy and melting in your mouth.

I make buns using a similar recipe, only I knead the dough using plain water. And if I don’t want to bother with the oven, I fry them in a deep frying pan with a lot of vegetable oil over medium heat. During the frying process, the bun increases by about one and a half to two times, and you don’t have to wait for the raw buns to increase in size. After cooking, I sprinkle with powder and cinnamon. I really love making sweet buns. I always knead yeast dough for buns with milk. You intrigued me with mineral water and honey. I can imagine what a pleasant aroma honey will add to these buns. I will definitely use this recipe.
