Mannik on kefir without flour
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to bake lush and airy manna with kefir without flour in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Pour kefir into a deep bowl and add semolina.
STEP 2
Mix everything thoroughly and leave the mixture for about 1 hour for the semolina to swell.
STEP 3
Beat the eggs into a separate bowl, add sugar and salt and beat everything well with a mixer. The mass should turn out lush, the splendor of the finished manna will depend on this. Beat the eggs at high speed for several minutes. You will need a mixer; a whisk will not work. Add vanillin and baking powder and gently mix the mixture again with the mixer already turned off.
STEP 4
Now gently stir the egg mixture into the swollen semolina using a spoon from bottom to top. You should get a homogeneous liquid mass. Turn on the oven at 160 degrees.
STEP 5
I have a round detachable mold with a diameter of 17 cm. I lined the bottom and sides with parchment paper, which I adjusted to size using scissors: I got one circle and two strips the width of the side. Brush the paper with melted butter and gently pour in the dough.
STEP 6
Place the mold in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 40 minutes. The exact time and temperature will vary depending on your oven. Check readiness with a toothpick - insert it into the middle of the pie and immediately remove. If the toothpick is dry, then the manna is ready. Bon appetit!

I decorated the manna with powdered sugar, colored coconut flakes and raspberries. You can decorate the manna as you wish. Bon appetit!
