    Beat the eggs into a separate bowl, add sugar and salt and beat everything well with a mixer. The mass should turn out lush, the splendor of the finished manna will depend on this. Beat the eggs at high speed for several minutes. You will need a mixer; a whisk will not work. Add vanillin and baking powder and gently mix the mixture again with the mixer already turned off.

    Now gently stir the egg mixture into the swollen semolina using a spoon from bottom to top. You should get a homogeneous liquid mass. Turn on the oven at 160 degrees.

    I have a round detachable mold with a diameter of 17 cm. I lined the bottom and sides with parchment paper, which I adjusted to size using scissors: I got one circle and two strips the width of the side. Brush the paper with melted butter and gently pour in the dough.

I was sitting around with kefir idle, and I thought, why not put it to use? And I haven’t baked manna for a long time... But there’s not enough butter, and only unrefined sunflower oil. A search for two ingredients immediately brought up this recipe. I was captivated by the small number of necessary, and most importantly, always available products. I made it strictly according to the recipe, except that I added a little canned cherries (purely according to the rules with a sieve and starch, in order to avoid excess moisture in baking), so that they too would not disappear: D I took a silicone mold 24 cm, at the same time I checked the advice with a jar in the middle, in which I still poured water instead of the recommended cereal. I baked almost exactly as directed in the recipe. As a result, the manna turned out to be quite baked, soft and tasty! The sweetness is moderate, so I'm glad I didn't add more sugar. Well, cherries only emphasize the tenderness of the baked goods. I will definitely bake again, thank you very much to the author!))

The other day I made manna according to this recipe, it turned out very tasty))) tender, crumbly, aromatic pie, I added frozen currants. With berries, in my opinion, it turns out beautifully and tasty. For those with a sweet tooth, you can add more sugar.
