Grape tea with jam! Everyone will like this unusual jelly from the Isabella variety. Moreover, the recipe is surprisingly simple: the jam takes only half an hour to prepare. Fragrant, tasty and seedless!
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 30 mins
STEP 1
Wash grape bunches thoroughly
STEP 2
Carefully remove the berries from the branches into an enamel pan
STEP 3
Mash the berries with a masher to release the juice.
STEP 4
Bring to a boil over low heat. Remove from heat.
STEP 5
Place on a sieve with gauze in 3-4 layers, strain, wipe and squeeze out the cake.
STEP 6
For each liter of juice we take 700 g of sugar (you can change the amount of sugar to your taste)
STEP 7
Stir well and put on low heat
STEP 8
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly and removing foam. Boil for a couple of minutes and let cool slightly.
STEP 9
Pour the finished treat into prepared jars, close and let cool. Store in a cool place. Very good for layering cakes and filling pies.
