STEP 1

How to bake pork with mayonnaise in the oven? Prepare the necessary products. Suitable for cooking is ham, tenderloin or fillet.
STEP 2

Wash the meat and dry it. Clean the meat from excess fat and possible veins. Cut the meat into small pieces into a large bowl.
STEP 3

Peel the garlic and wash it. Grind the garlic on a fine grater. You can chop the garlic finely or pass it through a press.
STEP 4

Salt the meat, add chopped garlic, suneli hops and paprika.
STEP 5

Mix everything well. If time permits, you can leave the meat for half an hour so that it is saturated with spices.
STEP 6

Wash the pre-peeled onions. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
STEP 7

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Place the pieces of meat into the pan.

Distribute the chopped onions evenly over the meat.
STEP 9

Lubricate the meat and onions on top with mayonnaise. Bake the pork in an oven preheated to 190C for about 45 minutes. Cooking time may differ from that indicated, as it depends on the individual characteristics of the oven. Therefore, focus on your technique.

You can check the readiness of the meat by piercing a piece with a fork or wooden skewer. If the meat is soft, it means the dish is ready and can be removed. If the top is browned prematurely and the meat is still raw, cover the top of the pan with a layer of foil and bake until done.
