Pork in the oven with mayonnaise is one of those dishes that is very simple to prepare, but turns out very tasty. Despite its simple composition, this oven-baked pork is not inferior in taste to more complex dishes. For cooking, I used a loin, having previously cut the meat from the bone. My meat was not marinated in spices for very long, 15 minutes. I baked the pork for 45 minutes. The meat turned out very tasty, juicy and soft. While it was cooking, a wonderful aroma of spices wafted throughout the apartment. This pork is perfect for any holiday feast, not just a family dinner.
