Cauliflower Fragrant Salad

Assorted vegetables for gourmets. Amazing smell and taste! The recipe is very easy to prepare. My son’s favorite salad, I’ve been making it for several years now.

    Disassemble the cauliflower into pieces and boil in salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain in a colander. Transfer to a large saucepan. Remove seeds from peppers, peel garlic and separate into slices. Pass through a meat grinder (or grind in a blender) tomatoes, peppers, parsley and garlic. Pour this mixture into the cauliflower. Add vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and sugar.

    Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Place in sterile jars and seal immediately.

    Turn over and wrap until completely cool. Yield: 10 jars of 500 grams.
