Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Bake the pumpkin until soft. In the microwave, this is 5 minutes at maximum power. Cool.
STEP 2

Scrape out the pumpkin pulp and chop the banana.
STEP 3

Add milk, mash with a fork or blender into a puree. Add sugar, cinnamon, vanillin.
STEP 4

Add flour mixed with baking powder.
STEP 5

Place on a heated, oiled frying pan. It is more convenient to do this with two spoons moistened with water. Fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
