Fluffy pancakes with apple filling

STEP 1

Break 2 fresh chicken eggs into a bowl.
STEP 2

Add two tablespoons of sugar to the eggs and mix.
STEP 3

A little salt, half a teaspoon and also mix everything.

Next, pour in one glass of kefir or about 200 mg. Mix everything.
STEP 5

Add vegetable oil to the bowl. I used two tablespoons of sunflower oil. You can use olive oil or melted butter.

Add baking powder one package or 10 g.
STEP 7

Add a little less than a glass of flour or 136 g.
STEP 8

Mix everything until it becomes thick sour cream.
STEP 9

Next, fry in a hot frying pan on both sides. Fill one pan and spread it in an even layer over the pan.

For the filling, cut 200 g apples into cubes.
STEP 11

Also cut 180 g banana into cubes.
STEP 12

Place 15 g butter in a heated frying pan.
STEP 13

Fry the apples until medium soft over low heat. Time approximately 10 minutes.
STEP 14

Add 3 teaspoons honey and turn off the heat.
STEP 15

Add banana to the cooling pan and mix everything.
STEP 16

At the end, add 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
STEP 17

Place 2 tablespoons of the finished cooled filling onto pancakes and wrap them in a tube.
