STEP 1
How to make cheesecakes with banana and cottage cheese in a frying pan? Prepare your food. Place the required amount of cottage cheese in a large bowl. Use cottage cheese moist and juicy so that the cheesecakes are not dry. Add egg and sugar to it.
STEP 2
If the cottage cheese is very coarse-grained, then grind it using an immersion blender. The mass will become smoother and more uniform. But there is no need to whip the cottage cheese for a long time, otherwise it may become liquid.
STEP 3
For cheesecakes, use a well-ripened banana. If you take a hard and unripe one, then there will be no taste or aroma from it. Mash the banana a little with a fork and add to the curd dough. Do not bring the banana to the consistency of liquid puree. Let it be a little chunky.
STEP 4
Then add soda and semolina. Knead a homogeneous curd dough. When adding semolina, be guided by the consistency of the dough. After all, the size of our spoons may differ. Gradually stir the semolina into the dough. Just intervene. No mixer. The mixer will make the curd dough liquid. And we should get a viscous dough that can easily be heaped into a spoon.
STEP 5
Pour a little wheat flour into a plate. Using a wet spoon, take a little curd dough and place it in the flour. Roll in flour with your hands and form a small flat cake. Instead of flour, you can use finely ground breadcrumbs.
STEP 6
Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and place the cheesecakes. Fry them over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Be careful not to burn.
STEP 7
Using a spatula, turn the cheesecakes over and fry them on the other side as well.
STEP 8
Remove the finished cheesecakes from the pan and place on paper napkins to remove excess oil. Serve the cheesecakes with jam, sour cream or condensed milk. Bon appetit!
