Banana smoothie with banana
To prepare a banana smoothie, you will need an immersion blender with a special attachment or a special one designed specifically for smoothies (the attachment is located at the bottom of a glass flask or jug). The second is preferred due to reliability and ease of use. Recently, mini-blenders with replaceable bottles have begun to appear on sale, which are designed not only for preparing smoothies, but also for storing and transporting them.
All banana smoothie recipes include a variety of products, including: other fruits, berries, cereals, nuts, cocoa, ice cream, milk, cream, kefir, yogurt, muesli, and some vegetables. All ingredients should be (ideally) raw and fresh. If you use oatmeal, you can soak it in water before grinding, although this is not necessary.
The simplest, most delicious smoothie, which is very similar to everyone’s favorite cocktail, is made from milk and bananas. To do this, simply beat them together until a bubbly foam appears. Then pour into tall glasses and serve chilled. You can adjust the thickness of the drink yourself, making it thinner or thicker.
