Breakfast smoothie with oatmeal
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make a breakfast smoothie with oatmeal in a blender? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take oatmeal that requires a long cooking time. Read about how to choose the right oatmeal in a separate article at the link at the end of the recipe. You can take absolutely any fruits and berries. It is ideal to use fresh or frozen berries picked in season. Peel the banana and cut into slices. Place the chopped bananas in a blender jar.
STEP 2

Wash the kiwi, peel and cut into thin slices. Add the kiwi to the banana in a blender bowl.
STEP 3

Wash blueberries and raspberries and shake off excess water. Also add the berries to the blender bowl.
STEP 4

Place oatmeal in blender bowl. Add cold water or ice water if you prefer an ice-cold smoothie. The drink will perfectly refresh you on a hot summer morning.
STEP 5

Add yogurt. I used low-fat, sugar-free yogurt. But any one to suit your taste will do.
STEP 6

Blend everything in a blender for a minute or until as smooth as possible. Serve the smoothie immediately, pour it into a glass. Bon appetit!
