STEP 1

How to make a smoothie bowl? To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can freeze the banana first, so it will become sweeter and will not darken quickly. If necessary, peel the hazelnuts and fry them. You can additionally add fruits and berries to the smoothie according to your taste, and also take various nuts and seeds that you like. Instead of yogurt, you can use regular milk or plant-based milk such as coconut or almond milk.
STEP 2

Pour natural yogurt over the oatmeal in advance and mix well, leave for about 2 hours to soften the oatmeal. Or you can use oat bran instead of cereal.
STEP 3

Peel the banana and cut into small rings, rinse the strawberries well, remove the leaves and cut into medium pieces.
STEP 4

Place the oatmeal with yogurt in a blender bowl, add chopped strawberries and banana, as well as hazelnuts. If you wish, you can add a spoonful of honey for more sweetness and benefits of the dish.
STEP 5

Grind the contents of the blender for several minutes, the consistency of the smoothie should not be liquid, but should be thicker, so that as a result the decorations do not drown in the bowl.
STEP 6

Place the finished smoothie in a bowl and garnish with fruits and berries, as well as nuts and seeds to your taste. I used strawberries and banana, and for flavor I sprinkled with coconut flakes and poppy seeds, and also added a couple of mint leaves.
