To prepare an orange smoothie with strawberries and banana you will need: oranges, banana, strawberries, honey.

Wash the fruits thoroughly. Squeeze the juice from the oranges. I got about 200 ml of juice.

Wash the strawberries thoroughly, dry them, and remove the sepals. Place in a blender.

Peel the banana, cut it into pieces and also put it in a blender.
