Wonderful holey pancakes. It took about an hour, because I left the dough to rise for 30 minutes. They are fried in a pancake pan without oil, do not tear, turn over well, are elastic - it would be nice to wrap something in them!

I’ve never made pancakes myself before, especially with yeast)) My mother’s signature recipe is pancakes) I saw your recipe and decided to experiment :))) they were so delicious, I made them exactly according to your recipe. I probably spent an hour and a half fiddling around. But it was worth it!)) They turned out wonderful! I also added a little vanilla, the sweet aroma immediately brought everyone in the family to the kitchen. Thanks for the recipe!)

I completely agree with MALINSHI, the pancakes are delicious in the photo, I didn’t even think about making pancakes, but the picture seduced me and somehow the taste immediately presented itself...mmm...melts in your mouth...yes with jam...well, how about it? You won’t be able to please yourself or your family with such a treat...)) It’s a little fuss, it just takes time to raise the dough, but the result is the result!
