Healthy and tasty pancakes should be included in your baby’s menu. The good thing about oat pancakes is that they can be used with a variety of toppings and served as a holiday appetizer. They are very tender, literally melt in your mouth.

I have experience making oatmeal cutlets, but I haven’t tried pancakes, oatmeal is quite “slippery”, I’m very curious to try what happens, it’s a pity that there are no photos

We had to fight hard with pancakes! The dough did not seem to be liquid at all, but they categorically did not want to turn over, they fell apart. As a result, a pile of fried lumps quickly grew in front of me (my hands were itching to throw them out the window right with the frying pan!), but in the end it dawned on me, and I began to fry small pancakes that turned over more or less normally. However, by that happy moment there was exactly three pancakes left in the dough)) The only good thing is that they turned out really tasty. And to avoid my problem, I recommend including a cup of regular flour in the list of ingredients instead of one cup of oatmeal.

Kate! Washoe! A great option for making pancakes with oatmeal! Now they have not only become tasty, but also healthy. After reading the advice of the girls who previously commented on this recipe, I also began to cook them not very large. But I didn’t add wheat flour, I couldn’t even find oatmeal in the store and used very small oat flakes - German rolled oats, I just had to pour them into the mixture of eggs and milk and keep them there for a short time. Everything turned out great, all the pancakes went with a bang!
