  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make a smoothie with banana oats? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Measure them out. You will learn all the subtleties of choosing oatmeal by reading the article at the end of this recipe.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Take a banana and peel it. Cut the pulp into small pieces with a knife and place in a bowl. If desired, you can simply break the banana with your hands.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Place yogurt, banana slices and honey in a blender bowl or other tall, deep bowl. Whisk everything together until smooth. It is better to take liquid honey. If you have candied honey, then put it in a bowl, which you place in a wide bowl of boiling water. Hold the honey like this, stirring it slightly and bring it to the desired consistency. You can, of course, melt honey in the microwave, but this will have a detrimental effect on its healing properties.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add oatmeal to the yogurt and beat again. You can use any cereal. Flakes that do not require cooking will quickly soften, and those that require cooking will retain their shape longer, which can be noticeable in the finished smoothie. Choose oatmeal to suit your taste.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

The result is a smoothie base. Divide the resulting mass into two equal parts.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add blueberries to one part and raspberries to the other. Whisk both masses separately and pour the smoothie into different glasses. If you wish, you can leave a few berries whole and decorate the finished smoothie with them. When serving, you can also garnish the smoothie with a mint or lemon balm leaf.

Super breakfast! Making lazy oatmeal with frozen cherries in the morning will also help.

For breakfast I wanted to make a smoothie with oatmeal and banana. Most importantly, this drink is made very quickly! First, I whipped homemade yogurt, honey and oatmeal with an immersion blender. Then I added half a banana and raspberries and beat again. You could have used fresh raspberries, but I wanted to use frozen ones so that the drink would immediately cool down. It turned out delicious, beautiful and satisfying! The smoothie is moderately sweet, with a subtle taste of honey. Oatmeal and banana make the drink thick. My husband asked me to make him this smoothie for breakfast the night before, just add more oatmeal. Thanks for this summer, delicious recipe!

This is called lazy oatmeal, sir! I really love quick, hearty breakfasts without washing pots early in the morning (like after cooking porridge). This recipe is just perfect for me. The smoothie also surprised me with its taste. I'm not a fan of oatmeal and was skeptical at first, but here you can hardly smell it, mostly banana and berries. This breakfast is suitable for a healthy diet, for those losing weight, for children. This is an excellent replacement for regular porridge. My child, for example, doesn’t eat porridge at all, but he drank a smoothie and didn’t even notice

I have never tried such a filling smoothie before! I took fresh frozen blueberries for this, since they melt quickly enough. Very tasty and healthy! Thanks Maria for this recipe
