Smoothie with nettle tea
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

We will make this smoothie based on nettle tea. Pour 1 tablespoon of dry nettle leaves or 2 prepared bags with 1 glass of hot water, close the lid and let cool. Now you can strain and pour into a blender.

Pour a tablespoon of chia seeds into 1/2 glass of water for several hours (you can overnight. We get a jelly-like substance. Add it to a blender. Chia seeds or Spanish sage have a mild, nutty taste. And they contain a lot of essential omega 3 fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.For example, a tablespoon of chia seeds has as much calcium as a glass of milk.
STEP 4

For piquancy and enhanced healing properties, add a little cinnamon and nutmeg. Grind for 60 seconds until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Pour into a glass with a straw!
