Detox Green Smoothie with Spinach and Kiwi and Banana
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make a detox green smoothie with spinach and kiwi and banana? Prepare your food. Try to choose a ripe banana, even an overripe one, it will add silkiness and sweetness to the smoothie. Take juice without sugar, preferably natural. Do not use water instead of juice, it will reduce the beneficial properties of spinach. The amount of spinach varies - use a large or small handful to suit your taste. Before cooking, wash the banana and kiwi and dry them.
STEP 2
Peel the banana and cut into rings.
STEP 3
Peel the kiwi. Cut it into small slices.
STEP 4
Rinse the spinach under running water and then place it on a paper towel to absorb excess moisture. Also pat the top of the spinach dry with a towel.
STEP 5
A blender is best for making smoothies. If you don't have one, you can use a chopper or immersion blender. But a stationary one is still the most convenient. Place banana and kiwi pieces in it, pour in apple juice.
STEP 6
Whisk all ingredients until smooth.
STEP 7
Then tear the spinach leaves into a blender bowl. It is better to remove stems that are too thick.
STEP 8
Whisk the smoothie again. This time, take a little longer to ensure the drink is completely smooth, silky and thick. Pour the finished smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. The longer it sits, the more beneficial properties it loses. A smoothie is a cocktail that is served immediately. Bon appetit!
