I used frozen spinach (I don’t know exactly how much - I broke off a piece from the plate by eye), you really can’t feel it at all in this cocktail. Beat with an immersion blender. There was no apple juice, I took away some packaged “multi-fruit” of a pinkish color from the children, so my smoothie turned out not a bright emerald green, but a slightly swampy shade. But tasty! The kids added extra sugar to their cups, but the sweetness of the banana and juice was enough for me. Thank you for the recipe, it is very relevant for us now - a portion of vitamins in the winter))
