Since childhood, I loved spending time in the kitchen with my grandmother, who generously shared recipes, filling the house with the aromas of fresh baked goods. There was a sense of care and warmth in every bite of her food, and I realized that cooking is more than a process; it's a way to connect with loved ones. Traveling exposed me to a world of culinary traditions: Italian pasta, Indian spices, Asian treats - each country provided unique inspiration. My goal is to show that delicious food is accessible to everyone, that you can cook with love, simply and with soul.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Gastronomy at Universidad Europea del Atlántico.
