How to make green beans in the oven? Prepare your food. Green beans are suitable either fresh or frozen. I took a fresh one. You will also need olive oil or any other oil you prefer. For seasoning, I used hops-suneli. You can also choose other seasoning according to your taste.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Rinse the beans thoroughly under running water and then dry well. If you use frozen beans, defrost them a little, maybe not completely.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Trim the ends of the beans on both sides. And cut it into pieces of any length you like. I have 10 cm pieces.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Take a fireproof ovenproof dish and line the bottom with parchment paper. Then place the beans on it, pour oil, add salt and add seasoning. Mix everything well. Place the beans in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

After 10 minutes, stir the beans; they should be browned on the bottom, but not on the top. Then check after another 10 minutes to see if the beans are done. It should brown, soften a little, but remain crispy. Place the finished beans on a plate. You can sprinkle lemon zest on top. Or add lemon juice to taste. Serve the beans to the table. Bon appetit!

I have cooked frozen green beans many times, but I have never seen fresh pods. The other day we were treated to these beans, and since I had never worked with fresh ones, I started looking for cooking options on the website. I was attracted to this recipe, especially since everything is simple and clear. I processed the beans and mixed them with oil and spices as in the recipe. For spices I used smoked paprika, dried garlic, tomatoes, basil, parsley and freshly ground pepper for flavor. I baked it longer to be sure) In general, I eat green beans without much enthusiasm, but I liked fresh baked beans so much that I devoured a whole plate! This is simply a gorgeous dish, albeit easy to prepare. The texture is similar to asparagus, slightly crunchy. It doesn't look like the frozen store-bought kind at all. The spices perfectly complement the taste of the green beans themselves, the aroma is amazing. This is delicious! I recommend it to everyone, prepare it, you won’t regret it.
