Apple juice through a juicer
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make apple juice for the winter using a juicer? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. There are only two of them. Wash the apples thoroughly in running water and dry with paper towels or place in a colander and allow time to dry. It is better to take firm, juicy varieties of apples to get more juice. Take a jar, wash it in running water with soda and sterilize it using a special nozzle over steam for 10 minutes. Wash the lid and boil.
STEP 2
Cut each apple into four parts and cut out the tails and the place where the seeds are.
STEP 3
Then put our apple quarters into the juicer.
STEP 4
Using a technique, squeeze the juice out of all the apples.
STEP 5
Strain the juice, just in case, through a strainer. You will get a lot of foam, you can put it in a bowl and wait, after a while it will settle, and a little more juice will appear below, which can be added to the strained one.
STEP 6
A kilogram of apples yields about half a liter of natural apple juice.
STEP 7
Pour the resulting juice into a saucepan. If the juice is not sweet enough for your taste, then add half a tablespoon of sugar to half a liter of juice. Well, or to your taste.
STEP 8
Bring the juice to a boil, simmer for about 3 minutes and turn off. Pour the juice into a sterilized jar and seal with a sterilized lid. Leave to cool. You can wrap the jar of juice in something warm. You don't have to turn it over. And leave your juice like this until it cools completely.
