STEP 1
How to preserve green beans for the winter? Prepare your food. Take fresh green beans, wash them, cut the stems and cut them into small pieces. In this form, it will be more convenient to later use green beans in salads.
STEP 2
Pour water over the green beans, bring to a boil and cook until tender, 5-10 minutes. Rinse the cooked beans under cool water. It is convenient to do this in a colander.
STEP 3
Prepare the marinade. How to make a marinade?

Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, add salt to it.
STEP 5
Then add sugar to the water. Stir until they are completely dissolved.
STEP 6

STEP 7
Place the green beans in sterilized jars. Pour in hot marinade. Immediately close the jars with sterilized lids, turn them over and leave them to cool. If you want to try it right away, it will take one or two days to marinate. And then you can eat it. Bon appetit!
