I get the impression that the author doesn’t understand a lot of things! Why pour vinegar into a jar of vegetables in tomato sauce??? It’s good that only 2 tablespoons (these 2 tablespoons, of course, play a very important role in cooking almost 2.4 kg of vegetables!!!), and not more! And according to tradition, we pour vegetable oil anywhere! What should he do there? Added extra calories, that's all!
