Also, green buckwheat needs to be washed and filled with water so that the water covers the kernels for several hours. You can also leave dried pears, raisins and buckwheat soaked overnight. Pumpkin seeds just need to be washed several times before cooking.

    For the bottom crust, we will take a soaked pear, raisins, pumpkin seeds and grind them in a meat grinder. You can do it twice.

    Meanwhile, let's work on the top of the cake. First, take 300 ml of water and dissolve 1 tbsp there. agar-agar. Place this mixture over low heat and, stirring occasionally, bring to a boil. Then we leave it to cool, but make sure that it does not freeze.

    While the agar is on the stove, rinse the blueberries, rinse the soaked buckwheat and salt the liquid. Let's put it all in a blender, add stevia powder and mix all these ingredients. Don't forget to leave a handful of blueberries to decorate the cake.

    We wash the avocado, extract the pulp and also add it to the already mixed ingredients and turn on the blender again.
