    How to make a salad from cucumbers, tomatoes and avocado? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash all vegetables, herbs and avocados. Take ripe avocados. This fruit is much tastier and easier to peel. It is better to take unrefined olive oil. Peel the onion, cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Squeeze the juice from the lemon. You can also use commercially produced lemon juice.

    Cut the cucumber into medium cubes. If necessary, cut off the skin if it is rough.

What an interesting salad, and most importantly healthy. I bought an avocado and made a cucumber, tomato and avocado salad using this recipe. All the vegetables were washed, peeled and finely chopped. Combined with chopped dill. Seasoned with oil, salt and lemon juice. Preparation took no more than 10 minutes, and the result is impressive. The salad is beautiful, bright, aromatic and very tasty. Indeed, a vitamin bomb! I served the salad with boiled chicken. It turned out to be a wonderful light dinner. I really liked this combination of vegetables. Oily avocado goes well with cucumbers and tomatoes. The lemon juice added a subtle hint of sourness. Great recipe. Many thanks to the author 😊

A simple set of ingredients, but the end result is a very tasty salad for all occasions. I made it in the morning, I just wanted to take a sample and see if it was worth cooking for guests. I really liked it! Later we tried it with fried marbled beef steak - the result was a real harmony of flavors. Thank you!
