STEP 1
How to make a salad from cucumbers, tomatoes and avocado? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash all vegetables, herbs and avocados. Take ripe avocados. This fruit is much tastier and easier to peel. It is better to take unrefined olive oil. Peel the onion, cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Squeeze the juice from the lemon. You can also use commercially produced lemon juice.
STEP 2
Cut the cucumber into medium cubes. If necessary, cut off the skin if it is rough.
STEP 3
Also cut the tomatoes into medium cubes. Choose tomatoes that are juicy but firm. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during cutting and cooking, they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.
STEP 4
You can take red onion. If you don’t like the bitterness of onions, you can first pour apple cider vinegar over them to marinate them, or pour boiling water over them. Finely chop the onion.
STEP 5
Carefully peel the avocado and cut into small cubes.
STEP 6
Separate the dill from the sprigs and chop finely.
STEP 7
Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with salt to taste, add olive oil and lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly. The salad is ready, you can serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
