I prepare the rice dressing a little differently. I pour rice vinegar into a ladle, add salt and sugar and heat the vinegar on the stove until the salt and sugar are completely dissolved. There are several dressing options, but I was surprised by the use of apple cider vinegar instead of rice vinegar. Perhaps this is a good alternative for our Russian housewives)
