Homemade shortbread through a meat grinder

Let's prepare the necessary ingredients for making shortbread cookies.

Melt the butter until liquid over a fire.

Mix the eggs, sugar and baking powder thoroughly and beat with a fork until light foam forms.
STEP 4

Combine the melted butter and egg mixture with flour. And knead the dough.
STEP 5

The dough should look like this. It should be denser than for the recipe without a meat grinder.
STEP 6

Then take a meat grinder, but without a knife. And let’s pass our dough through a nozzle with medium-diameter holes. You can place a baking sheet with parchment directly under the meat grinder to make it easier to lay out the cookies.
STEP 7

Place the resulting cookies in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Cookies are baked for about 20-30 minutes. It should brown slightly and give off a pleasant aroma.
