Oh, who doesn’t love lightly salted cucumbers))) and with garlic too! I also decided to make lightly salted cucumbers from fresh homemade cucumbers according to this recipe. There were no difficulties at all. Really a minimum of time! I washed the cucumbers and cut off the edges. In a one and a half liter jar I put dill like an umbrella, a horseradish leaf for crispiness, more garlic and a couple more leaves of currants and cherries for aroma. I laid the cucumbers and poured hot brine over them. I left the jar in the kitchen, slightly covering it with a lid. After cooling, I put it in the refrigerator. A day later, as the author writes, lightly salted cucumbers with garlic are ready! Everyone took a sample) well, very tasty!!!
