    Grate 1 large zucchini without seeds and squeeze out the juice. Add 1 egg, flour, salt, black pepper to taste and mix everything

    Place in a pan like a pancake (1-1.5 cm thick) and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.

    For the sauce, mix mayonnaise or yogurt with sour cream in equal proportions, add grated garlic.

    Spread the pancake with sauce and add the filling. I used Belaya Dacha salad and sausage. You can add boiled eggs, herbs, cheese, etc., those foods that your pets love.
