STEP 1
How to make pizza on a loaf in the oven? The ingredients for pizza can be changed and selected according to your taste and the availability of products at home, the main thing is the presence of a loaf - the basis of a mini-pizza. The loaf does not have to be fresh; yesterday’s dried loaf will also do; it will be easier to cut it into thin pieces without crumbling it into crumbs.
STEP 2
You can use any loaf: wide, narrow, baguette; the narrower the loaf, the smaller the pizza will be. Place the prepared loaf pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
STEP 3
It is better to use ketchup as a spread on the pizza base; it can be replaced with tomato paste if desired, and mayonnaise. Mix them in a bowl until the mixture is homogeneous in consistency. You can add salt and ground black pepper to taste, but as a rule, all pizza ingredients contain enough of these spices.

Peel the onions and cut into thin rings.

You can use any sausage: boiled, smoked or ham. Cut it into small cubes or thin strips.

Hard cheese is also suitable for any variety to taste. Grate it on a fine grater.

Spread the loaf pieces with a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise. Place onion slices on top.
