Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

We unfold our pita bread and cut it into strips 5-7 centimeters wide. Now cut the cheese into thin pieces so that the width matches the strips of pita bread. The length of the strips should be such that you can wrap the cheese in them twice. We beat the egg in a plate. We wrap our cheese in strips of pita bread.
STEP 2

Dip each parcel of pita bread and cheese into an egg and place in a frying pan with heated oil.
STEP 3

Fry for about 3 minutes on each side.
STEP 4

Serve with hot tea or coffee.

Very, very convenient, especially if you don’t want to fuss for a long time)) I’ve long come to such a convenient breakfast - I buy a thick package of thin round pita bread, wrap everything that comes to mind and fry it. But the version with egg batter is ideal! It turns out much tastier and more tender, thank you very much for the tip!
