I remember how, as a child, I would curiously spy on my grandmother in the kitchen - her hands danced, creating magic from simple ingredients. Every delicious dinner brought our family closer, turning ordinary days into holidays. Over the years, that spark grew into a real passion and I began exploring cuisines around the world, drawing inspiration from Italian pasta to Indian spices. My main goal is to show that the joy of cooking is available to everyone. I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of Canada.
