STEP 1

I love well-fried chicken legs, so I fry them until crispy brown on one side.
STEP 4
Turn the legs fried on one side and cover with onions - you can take more than one head. To do this, we first clean it and cut it into large rings or half rings. The main thing is to chop it larger - personally, I love sweet onions, but if you just chop them, it will burn and that’s it. Fry for several minutes over moderate heat so that the onions are well cooked and the other side of the legs also becomes rosy.
STEP 5
Add hot water, preferably boiling water, to the pan and cover it with a lid. At the time of adding water, you can add all sorts of seasonings or herbs to your taste, those that you prefer. I like this dish precisely because it gives the taste of natural chicken without aromatic impurities. Now all that remains is to wait 30-40 minutes until the meat is ready. At this time, monitor the amount of water in the pan so that the onions and chicken legs do not burn.
STEP 6
When serving, you can put a pillow of fresh herbs on a dish under our meat - it will turn out beautiful and appetizing!
