Riley Watson

Since childhood, the kitchen has been a truly magical place for me. I remember how my mother cooked borscht, and the aromas of baked chicken filled the house. These moments brought our family together around the table, where every dish brought joy and warmth. Traveling exposed me to a variety of world cuisines: from spicy Thai curries to delicate Italian pastas. Now, when creating my recipes, I strive to share this simple joy with you. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone, and cooking can become a source of inspiration and unity with loved ones.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at The International Culinary Center.
