Apple pie with creamy filling on yeast dough
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

We prepare all the ingredients needed for the pie.
STEP 2

So, first, knead the dough. I used a bread maker for this, setting it to the “Dough” mode. Mix water and warm milk in a convenient container. Add eggs, softened margarine or butter, as well as sugar and salt to taste. You can add vanillin or vanilla sugar. We put the base for the dough into the bowl of the bread machine, or you can immediately put all the ingredients there one by one.
STEP 3

Add sifted flour and quick-acting yeast there. Turn on the “Dough” mode and wait for a signal that the dough is ready.
STEP 4

The dough turns out soft, elastic and pliable. And you can bake a pie from it, but we will learn how to bake an apple yeast pie with apples from the following steps.
STEP 5

Grease the baking pan with butter and lay out our dough - knead it with your hands and make sides. Wash the apples, remove the core and cut into slices. Lay out the apples as in the photo. To get a colorful design, take apples of different colors.
STEP 6

To fill the pie, take flour, sugar, cream and the liqueur that you like best. Beat everything thoroughly. Pour it onto the pie.
STEP 7

Bake the pie in the oven at 230 degrees for about 35-40 minutes until browned and completely cooked.
STEP 8

You can brush the still hot pie with jam at the end. I took apricot. You can also sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
