Apple strudel with sour apples

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Defrost the dough 1 sheet for 1 roll. We prepare the apples: finely chop them (you can marinate the apples with cinnamon and sugar in advance to let the juice sit for 20-30 minutes), but if you don’t have time for this, you can immediately put the chopped apples on the dough, at which time the oven must be preheated to 190 degrees
STEP 2

After the apples are placed on the adze, sprinkle with sugar, nuts and cinnamon
STEP 3

Wrap the dough with the filling into a tube, fold the edges of the dough so that the filling does not fall out, place the rolls on a baking sheet or in the bowl in which you will cook, brush with the egg mixture (1 egg 1 tsp of water - beat) and make longitudinal cuts on the roll. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 190 degrees until golden brown crust
STEP 4

Your strudel roll is ready! Best served with ice cream. Bon appetit!!!
