Pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of boiling water into a large bowl.

Pour one teaspoon of salt into a bowl, then pour three tablespoons of vegetable oil into it.

Pour most of six hundred grams of sifted wheat flour into a bowl and mix all the ingredients together.

Break and add one chicken egg to the bowl with the dough.

Pour the remaining flour into a common bowl and knead the dough.
STEP 7

Continue to knead the dough well in the bowl with your hands.
STEP 8

Place the dough on the table and continue kneading it for about fifteen minutes, then collect it into a lump and put it in a plastic bag for half an hour.

Place five hundred fifty to six hundred grams of cooked mixed minced meat in a deep bowl.

Finely chop one onion.

Place the chopped onion in a bowl with minced meat, then add two cloves of garlic, red and black pepper, and salt to taste, passed through a press.

Chop the cilantro as finely as possible to taste.

Place the chopped cilantro in a common bowl, then pour four hundred milliliters of beef broth into it

Mix all the ingredients well together in a bowl and put the prepared filling in the refrigerator for thirty minutes, let it brew a little and soak in the spices.

After some time, divide the dough into two parts and make small sausages out of them.

Roll each dough sausage in flour and cut into the required size pieces.

Roll each piece of dough into a thin flat cake and place one tablespoon of prepared filling on each piece.

Lift the free edges of the flatbread over the meat filling and assemble.

We connect the ends of each flatbread well and form khinkali.

To prepare the dish, pour the required amount of water into the pan and add salt to taste, bring it to a boil on the stove, then swirl the water and add the required amount of khinkali.

After the water boils in a saucepan, cook the khinkali for five to seven minutes until fully cooked.
