Since early childhood, the kitchen has been a place of magic for me. My grandmother prepared fragrant pies, and every morning I dreamed of helping her, watching her deft hands. Spending time with family around the table created in me a love for food as a means of connection. As I traveled the world, I absorbed inspiration from a variety of cuisines, from the heat of Indian curries to the smoothness of Italian pasta. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone: simple and delicious recipes, flavored with love and personal stories, can be the beginning of your culinary journey.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Science at Université Laval.
