Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Combine the softened butter with condensed milk, beat and add to the cooled custard. Mix the whole mass well.
STEP 2
We coat all the cakes with cream, except the top one. Cover the cake with cling film so that the top cake does not dry out and put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, or better yet, overnight.
STEP 3
Let's prepare the necessary ingredients.
STEP 4
Prepare the dough: lightly beat the eggs with sugar and honey. Add soda slaked with vinegar and softened butter. Beat with a mixer.
STEP 5
Place in a water bath and heat the mixture for about 7 minutes, stirring constantly, until it becomes homogeneous and increases in volume.
STEP 6
We remove our container from the “bath”, add cocoa and flour. Knead the dough on the table, adding flour if necessary, it should turn out soft, tender and not stick to your hands.
STEP 7
Next, divide our dough into 6-7 parts, roll it out as you like, thinly or a little thicker.
STEP 8
Bake for 3-4 minutes in an oven preheated to 160-180 degrees.
STEP 9
Prepare the cream: beat eggs with sugar, add vanilla sugar, flour and starch. Add milk and beat again. Put the mixture on the fire and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove the finished cream from the heat and cool.
STEP 10
We decorate the cake as you wish: you can decorate the top with icing, grated or melted chocolate, sprinkle with cocoa or add a little coconut. Enjoy your tea!!!
