STEP 1

How to make a Milk Girl cake? Choose thick, tasty condensed milk from a trusted manufacturer. I used a standard can for the dough, but keep in mind that the weight, the amount of sugar, and the consistency may vary from company to company and from batch to batch (you may have to test condensed milk from several manufacturers in small portions to understand if it’s suitable it's for a similar recipe

Lightly beat the eggs. Let's add condensed milk.
STEP 3

Mix everything well. Sift flour and baking powder.
STEP 4

Take a baking sheet and draw a circle. I have 24cm. And lay out 2-3 spoons of dough.
STEP 5

Bake for 4 minutes at 200 degrees. We take it out and immediately turn it over onto another sheet and immediately remove the paper. The paper must be of good quality, otherwise the cakes will stick.
STEP 6

We do the same with the rest of the dough. I got 6 cakes. You can divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Then the cakes will be even. Now when it has cooled down, take a smaller ring and cut off the edges.
STEP 7

For the cream we need condensed milk, 30% cream, vanilla sugar and mascarpone. This is the easiest Ice Cream recipe. But very tasty.
STEP 8

Let's just mix everything. First, stir the mascarpone with a whisk, then turn on the mixer and beat. Whip until thick. (But if you are not sure about your cream, then you should whip it first, maybe even with a fixative, then mix with mascarpone and condensed milk)
STEP 9

Place the cake on the base and coat with cream and so on.
STEP 10

We also coat the top of the cake with this cream.
STEP 11

Decorate as desired. I have cranberries, blueberries, and physalis.
