I was very interested in the composition of the salad with boiled pork and pickles. I wanted to taste it. But boiled pork is a little expensive, so I took the risk of replacing it with baked pork. I have my own pickled cucumbers, not too salty and spicy. The apple was only sweet. Meat, cucumbers and apple cut into strips. Well, I cut the lettuce leaves into “noodles”. I didn’t even expect it to turn out so delicious! Pickled cucumber and sweet apple combine so interestingly) The salad turned out to be unusual, unusual for us, but at the same time very tasty. I would like to add pickled mushrooms to it) The meat, soaked in mayonnaise, became much softer and more tender and did not particularly stand out in structure in the overall mass. I agree with the author that the salad is filling. It can be served as a separate dish)
