    Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the cottage cheese. Mix. Depending on the cottage cheese, you may need more or less flour.

    I replaced part of the wheat flour (2 tbsp) with corn flour (but this is not at all necessary). Mix the curd mass well.

    I baked the cheesecakes in muffin tins, so I made the curd mass softer. If you don’t have muffin tins, you can bake the cheesecakes directly on a baking sheet, but then the dough for the cheesecakes should hold its shape well, otherwise, after baking, you may not end up with cheesecakes, and cottage cheese casserole, which in general is also very tasty)

    So, we form the cheesecakes, lightly roll them in flour and place them in muffin tins. Grease the cheesecakes on top with sour cream and place in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

    Ingredients for the sauce. I pre-ground the poppy seed in a coffee grinder, but if you want a more delicate taste, then don’t use poppy seed, and also be careful when choosing poppy seed, it shouldn’t be bitter!

    Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and heat in the microwave for about 1 minute, the mixture should become slightly liquid.

Mmmm, how delicious! It never occurred to me that cheesecakes could be cooked in the oven. Interesting idea. Irisha, do they taste very different from those cooked in a frying pan?

I often make these cheesecakes, they are very tasty and healthy, they are different from fried ones, of course, but they are much healthier, and they are even more fluffy! And not so greasy, more matte. I like them because they are easy to prepare, convenient, and save time! Super cheesecakes!

Irisha, thanks for the idea, I’ll definitely try your method. I went to Angel for cheesecakes, but couldn’t resist and took yours to KK
