    Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds.

    Grate on a coarse grater, add salt and mix. Wait until the juice is given and squeeze well. The better you squeeze it, the easier it will be to fry the pancakes. Don’t over-salt - the sausages already contain salt.

    Add eggs.

    Knead into a thick dough. You may need more or less flour, it all depends on the size of the zucchini.

    Add turmeric and dill. For me - at a minimum, if you like it more spicy - feel free to add more.

    Knead into a thick dough. It should not flow from the spoon, but fall in a lump.

    Cut the sausages into strips.

    Place the pancakes on a preheated frying pan, sprinkle sausages on top and press them into the dough with your hands or a spatula.
