Skylar Jackson

Since early childhood, the kitchen has been a real magical world for me. I remember watching with bated breath how my grandmother prepared borscht, generously sprinkling it with herbs. For our family, every dish is not just food, but a story that unites generations. I draw inspiration from the traditions of different countries: from the spicy curries of India to the most delicate pastas of Israel. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone. It doesn’t matter whether you know how to cook or are just starting out, the main thing is love and the desire to create something special for your loved ones.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland.
